WEDNESDAY 6TH MARCH 2024

The children collected lots of interesting things to put in their time capsule.   They all wrote about what they do in School and chose 5 classroom items to put in it, which included a glue stick as one of the items. Then they got to work digging a hole which our Caretaker Mrs Robinson kindly started digging for them.  When it was deep enough they put the time capsule in then buried it.  Hopefully in many years to come it will be found by someone who will be able to see what life was like in School is 2024.

YEAR 3 - SCHOOL NURSING TEAM WORKSHOP - UNDERSTANDING YOUR EMOTIONS - WEDNESDAY 7TH FEBRUARY 2024

The children were visited by a member of the School Nursing Team on Wednesday who delivered a workshop called "Understanding your Emotions".

The children talked about their emotions, friendships and were given strategies that could help them when they feel stressed such as touching or smelling a favourite item.  It was very informative and we thank the Walsall School Nursing Team for their time on Wednesday.
