We are now using Schoolcomms (School Gateway), which had replaced the Scopay system that we were using.
You can access School Gateway using their website or by downloading the app to your phone.
It is easy to create an account:-
Register using the same email address and mobile number held by the school
2. Four digit PIN
School Gateway will send you a text with your PIN
Login, you are ready to go
Once you have an account you can download the app to your phone by visiting the app store.
ENABLING PUSH NOTIFICATIONS (TO BE NOTIFIED OF ANY EMAILS OR TEXT MESSAGES IN THE SCHOOLCOMMS APP)
If you wish to receive push notifications for your School Gateway App then you must ensure that push notifications are manually turned on for this app within your phone settings.
Please be aware that every device will have other settings that can affect push notifications e.g. battery optimisation which prevents some devices from receiving push notifications when the battery is below a certain percentage. You may need to change the battery setting from optimised to unrestricted.
Also check that you are on the latest version of the School Gateway App by accessing your respective store; alternatively you can logout of the app, uninstall and then re-install.
