Breakfast is usually served around 8.10 am.
A small snack is served around 3.30 pm, once all the children have been registered. An additional snack is then served for any child staying for Session 2.
Who can Attend?
Children in Reception to Year 6 are welcome in The Beehive. We operate a payment in advance system, and where possible bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Booking and Payment
We use an online booking system via the SchoolComms/Parent Gateway app. If you wish to book your child into The Beehive, please download and complete the Registration Form or call in at the School Office to collect a Beehive Pack.
Bringing your child to Breakfast Club and collecting them from After School Club.
The Out of School Club mobile is situated around the back of the school. You must enter the school grounds via the green gate and cross the playground, following the path around to the back of the school. Please come to the gate and ring the bell. All children must be signed into Breakfast Club by a parent or guardian, and then signed out of After School Club. As part of our safeguarding procedure, children are not permitted to arrive or leave The Beehive without a parent or guardian present.
Who can collect your child from The Beehive?
If anyone other than a parent or legal guardian is collecting your child at the end of the day, you must inform The Beehive staff in advance. We will not allow anyone (including grandparents) to sign a child out of After School Club without prior consent from the child’s parent.
Collecting your child after 5.30 pm.
Please be aware that The Beehive closes at 5.30 pm. Therefore, if your child remains in the club past this time there will be an additional charge of £5.00 per fifteen minutes. It is important that we have up- to-date contact information for parents or legal guardians. If we cannot contact anyone, Social Services will be informed.

To ensure the safety of the children, please let us know if someone other than a parent or legal guardian will be collecting your child. No child will be released without previous notification.
Health and Safety
We are committed to ensuring the safety of all children and adults in the club. All staff are first aid trained and follow specific safety procedures.
We believe in an assertive policy which gives praise and encouragement to positive behaviour. In the case of continually disruptive behaviour, parents will be informed and a solution put in place.
If you no longer require a place you have booked in The Beehive, you must let us know as soon as possible, otherwise the charges will still apply.

We endeavour to provide a quality service and any comments or suggestions you may have will be dealt with professionally.
